Obligations Registry
A centralized record of every contractual obligation - reporting deliverables, side-letter rights, key-person notifications, MFN windows - mapped to triggers, owners, and evidence.
Without a registry, obligations live in PDFs, inboxes, and people's heads. With one, an LP can answer questions like 'which side-letter rights apply if this GP changes auditors?' in seconds.
The registry should distinguish between AI-proposed obligations and human-confirmed obligations, with confirmation required before anything triggers a workflow.
