The LP-specific accounting statement showing contributions, distributions, allocations, and ending balance for the period.
Capital account statements are the source of truth for a fund's economic relationship with each LP. They feed the LP's general ledger, performance system, and audit work papers.
Reconcile every statement against internal records. A persistent discrepancy is either a process bug on your side or a control weakness on the GP's side - both worth resolving immediately.
